8.  Future Plans Reading time: 1 minute

After taking active action in reflection of my day-to-day work activities, learning opportunities, and more, I have found this to be an incredibly insightful journey. I have been able assess my skills, knowledge and expertise to identify any gaps that need to be filled while continuing to develop my knowledge, and experience in support of learning technology, to aid learning, teaching and assessment.

In light of what I have learnt from this experience, the following are the plans I have for future:

• To continue reflecting on my work, knowledge, skills and day-to-day activities to determine any skill-gaps I may need to fill.
• To gain further certifications in learner engagement, instructional design, developing engaging content and learning how to teach online.
• Attain a certification in Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Academic Practice by Sep 2022 .
• Attain a certification with Higher Education Academy as an Associate Fellow (AFHEA) by Sep 2022 .
• Take part in more active teaching or training, particulary in CPD, and level 3 and 4 in website development modules.
• Learn how to use more learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate , H5P , Articulate 360 and more.
